If the product is not delivered to the customer within the promised SLA, then Habba will refund the delivery charges which customer has paid for that particular order. A ticket will be generated for the issue and will be escalated to the logistic team. Logistic team will initiate the refund process after confirmation from the logistic partner regarding the delivery time.
