In case customer wants to return any product due to any reason, he/she has to inform Habba about the same. Habba will arrange for a pickup from the provided delivery address through its logistic partner. In case customer’s area where the product was delivery is not serviceable by Habba’s logistic partner for reverse pickup, then the customer has to ship it back to Habba via any courier company of his/her choice.

The product should be handled by the customer to the pickup person with the bill and in an appropriate packaging.

Customer should be present at the pickup location, at the scheduled reverse pickup time.
