You can return an order by following these steps:


Initiate Return: Online procedure


Step 1: Login to your account by clicking on the your profile icon at the top right side of the website.


Step 2: Click on Orders tab on the left side and choose the order number of the item you wish to return by clicking on the order details.


Step 3: Once you have selected the order, click on “RETURN ITEM” option to initiate the return process.


Step 4: Choose your appropriate reason for return from the list or specify other reasons if any and click on the “INITIATE RETURN” option.


Step 4: You would receive a notification email on your registered email address once we receive your request for initiating the return. Our customer loyalty team will contact you within 24 to 48 hours for verification and to assist you further in the return procedure.


Once reasons for return request have been verified from our team, we will initiate the reverse shipping process. The item you wish to return will be picked up from your doorstep. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. If an extreme circumstance comes up and you do not have the original packaging, use a strong and hard box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Please include the price tags, labels and invoices. Reverse Pick up date would be communicated to you over email or call.


Once the product has been arrived at our warehouse and inspected (Usually within Y hours of receipt) your refund will be  initiated and issued within X days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.


Note:

- Please ensure that the correct and complete product is handed over

- The product should also be in unused, undamaged and original condition

- Returned product should include everything from the originally delivered package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories

- In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.(Exceptional cases, the customer can drop the packaged item to be returned at the nearest service center of our logistic partner).
