Honest Pricing:
For the first time, customers will get to see exactly what percentage of the money they are paying reaches the artisan.
Hand Over Heart:
A whole new way of certifying products. Hand Over Heart certification would for the first time certify what percentage of the product is indeed handmade. Anything less than 60% handmade would not be sold on the Habba platform.
Empathy Scope:
A patent pending IoT(Internet Of Things) wall installation that aims to bridge the empathy gap by allowing employees of a corporate to watch films made on artisans as well as touch and feel a sample of the handmade product before they buy.
Cloud Warehouse:
It is conceptualised to stock the handcrafted products in specially designed racking space which will be installed at the Cloud Warehouse location. Stock replenishment will be done through Transit Warehouse, stock will move from the transit warehouse to each Cloud Warehouses as per the requirement.
The Cloud Warehouses will stock the handcrafted products of Artisan communities by converting a room/property into a smart small warehouse. It will serve as a centre for dispatch of orders received through online mode. Our logistic partner will handle the pickup of packages once they are ready for dispatch from the Cloud Warehouse.
Timed Delivery:
Habba guarantees timed deliveries of the products to its customers. Habba will deliver the orders within the promised time provided to the customer at the time of placing the order. In case of breach of the SLA, Habba will refund the full delivery charge to the customer.
